Jason Lambert will be entering his first season as head coach of the Redskins Baseball program.  Previously, Coach Lambert served as Maryville High School's varsity hitting and catchers coach, as well as the head junior varsity coach.  Over his tenure, he helped their programs post a combined record of 225-131.  In addition to managing the Redskin program, Coach Lambert will specifically work with infielders and hitters.  Some of his goals for infielders and hitters are to post a fielding percentage of 90% or better, average less than 2 errors per game, a team batting average of 0.325 or better, and a team strikeout percentage less than 0.150.  Coach Lambert excelled athletically at Maryville College, where he served as a four-year varsity starter in the outfield and as a designated hitter.  He currently teaches math at Fort Loudoun Middle School.  He lives in Maryville, TN with is beautiful wife Morgan and their two-year old son Isaac.
