The Loudon High School Baseball Program would like to extend the opportunity for you and/or your organization to advertise on the Loudon Baseball Field.  Loudon plays in front of thousands of fans annually as they compete against the some of the state’s most competitive schools in Tennessee.  Advertising on one of the nicest fields in the Southeast is one of the more visible and effective ways to advertise for your organization, while at the same time supporting the Loudon Baseball Program.  Advertisements will be on display for one calendar year, and sponsors will have the opportunity to renew their advertisement at the end of the yearly contract.

 

Outfield Wall Sign Sponsor $300 per year for a one year commitment

Your 4’ x 8’ plastic sign will be displayed in a prominent position on our metal outfield wall.  In keeping with the theme of our ballpark, outfield wall signs will be red, outlined in white, and your organization’s logo will also be in white.  Your company logo will also be placed on the Loudon Baseball website, and you will receive one season pass to all Loudon Baseball home games (excludes TSSAA postseason contests).  The price of the sign is included in the $300.

 

Ballpark Exterior Fence Sign Sponsor $150 per year for a one year commitment

Your 3’ x 4’ vinyl sign will be displayed along the exterior fence as fans enter the ballpark.  This sign can be printed in full color.  Locations closest to the ticket gate will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis.  Your company logo will also be placed on the Loudon Baseball website.  The price of the sign is included in the $150.

 

Home Game Sponsorship $100 per game

You have the opportunity to be the sole sponsor of a Loudon Baseball home game.  Your business and corporate information will be mentioned a minimum of 6 times (twice before 1st pitch, 3 times during the game, and once at the conclusion of the game).  If a sponsor supplies a banner, it will be hung throughout the game near the concession stand.  You will also have the option of throwing out a ceremonial first pitch.  Additionally, you will receive two tickets to the sponsored game.  Home Game Sponsors can pick the home game of their choice to sponsor at a first-come-first-serve basis.

 

Optional: Home Game Sponsorship Add-on $50 add-on to wall or fence sponsorship

Outfield Wall Sign and Ballpark Exterior Fence Sign Sponsors have the option of adding $50 to their sponsorship fee in order to include a Home Game Sponsorship at a discounted price.  The discounted price will include all of the features of a full price Home Game Sponsorship.
